Coruche Digital Commercial Neighborhood is up and running with TOMI technology

TOMI has completed the installation of equipment in the Coruche Digital Commercial Neighbourhood, as part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). The project has already equipped the municipality with innovative technological solutions, including TOMIs and TOMI Lockers, complemented by a Control Room. At the same time, TOMI is also developing the Coruche Marketplace and its Mobile Application (App). The aim is to modernize local commerce, bring traders, consumers, and tourists closer together, and strengthen the competitiveness of the municipality’s economy.

TOMIs offer a complete digital experience that is accessible to everyone. They are available 24 hours a day and provide access to real-time information in an interactive, multilingual, inclusive, and accessible way. In addition to local commerce, events, and local news, they also offer itineraries, thematic collections, and content on mobility. Users can also take photos and GIFs, participate in surveys through TOMI Survey, and access useful data for residents and tourists.

TOMI Lockers bring added convenience to Coruche’s Digital Commercial District. This equipment allows for the delivery and collection of parcels in a practical and secure manner, and is available 24 hours a day. They also represent a major advantage for users: they function as an address outside the home. This means that you don’t have to be present to receive a parcel—just select a TOMI Locker as the delivery point and collect it when it suits you. In addition, they allow you to rent drawers to store items, offering flexibility to residents, visitors, and merchants alike.

Alongside this equipment, the neighborhood has a Control Room, which ensures centralized management of the installed platforms and devices. This technological space enables real-time monitoring of audience, interaction, and transaction data, supporting strategic communication and integrated decision-making.

In the digital sphere, TOMI is developing the Coruche Marketplace, an online showcase for local products and services. The platform will also be accessible via the app, which will provide news and events, allow users to explore itineraries and points of interest in the municipality, receive programmatic and geolocated alerts, and save locations as favorites. In addition, TOMI’s will ensure access to the Marketplace 24 hours a day, in an inclusive and multilingual way, allowing purchases, deliveries, and reservations at any time.

With the Coruche Digital Commercial Neighbourhood, the municipality is entering a new phase of modernisation of its commerce. TOMI reaffirms its role in the digital transformation of territories, providing solutions that combine technology, proximity and innovation, at the service of the local community.
