The festival will have 10 TOMIs installed at strategic points that will help the audience to take advantage of all the available attractions without facing queues in bathrooms and FunToys.
The public of Rock in Rio 2017, estimated at 100 thousand people per day, will have an ally to enjoy the festival even more. After already being on Copacabana, Leme and Leblon, ten TOMIs will be installed by the City of Rock to help the public with information about the festival, schedules and transportation. In addition to providing a lot of fun by providing special frames for selfies and giant GIFs, TOMI will have a new feature in this edition: a tool that informs the occupancy rate of the FunToys and bathrooms in real time, facilitating access to the public.
All TOMIs, located at strategic points, provide the graphs on the interactive screen and show the percentage of occupancy of each bathroom for women and men. In the case of the FunToys, TOMI will show three graphics for each attraction: one with the real-time occupation, one with the occupation in half an hour and the other in 60 minutes. The future estimate is possible because to participate in the attractions people need to schedule their turn.
TOMI also provides fun and information
The ten TOMIs available in Rock City work like a real giant tablet. Through the interactive touch screen, the user can choose the ‘Rock in Rio’ module and, in addition, to learn the occupancy rate of the bathrooms and FunToys, you will also see useful information on an interactive map with directions to points of interest, such as stages, attractions, official products store, bars, food courts, ATMs, among others. The equipment will also provide up-to-date information on the artists and bands that will perform at the festival. TOMI also has a fun side: taking giant selfies and GIFs with themed frames of Rock in Rio. Users can send them by email or share with QR-code, to record the memory of the day they were at the festival.
