Sabrosa is a Portuguese town in the district of Vila Real.

The village is characterized by two distinct geological realities. In the north, where granite prevails, most people live off cereal crops, pine trees, livestock and rock quarrying. To the south, the landscape is dominated by schist and the River Douro, and it is on the cultivation of vines that the population bases its economy
