TOMI participated in the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026.
TOMI was present at the 12th edition of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026, the largest national event dedicated to smart cities and territories, which took place at FIL – Feira Internacional de Lisboa, in Parque das Nações.
Participation took place at the invitation of the Municipality of Nazaré, with the aim of supporting the presentation of the Nazaré Digital Commercial Neighborhood project, an initiative that integrates technology developed by TOMI and reinforces the territory's commitment to innovation, digitalization and the enhancement of local commerce.
The presentation took place at the stand of OesteCIM – the Intermunicipal Community of the West, the invited region of this edition of the Portugal Smart Cities Summit.
During the presentation of the Nazaré Digital Commercial Neighborhood, the technological solutions implemented by TOMI in the territory were highlighted, namely TOMIs, Infospots XL, Smart Lockers and digital platforms, such as APP, Marketplace and Website, developed to support merchants, bring consumers closer and boost local economic activity through an integrated experience between the physical and the digital.
The Portugal Smart Cities Summit 2026 brought together municipalities, companies, startups, universities and national and international experts, establishing itself as a benchmark space for the presentation of smart solutions in the areas of connectivity, mobility, sustainability, quality of life and digital transformation.
Participation in this event also represented an opportunity to showcase, to a national and international audience, the work developed within the scope of Digital Commercial Neighborhoods, highlighting Nazaré as an example of innovation applied to local commerce and the urban experience.
