TOMI selected as a case study by The Observatory for Public Sector Innovation
The TOMI public services project was selected as an OPSI Case Study for being an internationally innovative project. Through this Citizenship module, citizens can search for public services/entities, select the one closest to their location and obtain a virtual ticket, with the option of requesting an SMS alert when their ticket is approaching.
The Observatory for Public Service Innovation (OPSI) is a global forum for public service innovation. At a time of increasing complexity, demands for rapid change and considerable fiscal pressure, government needs to understand, test and embed new ways of doing things.
OPSI works with governments to understand and encourage new approaches to tackling society's most complex problems by empowering public servants with new insights, knowledge, tools and connections to help them explore new possibilities.
